AI and data transparency

Last updated: July 12, 2026

What our artificial intelligence does

Our artificial intelligence converts validated buyer answers into a structured report containing readiness context, motivation, priorities, concerns, suggested next action, and first-call talking points.

Direct answers and inference

Direct buyer answers remain distinguishable from AI-generated interpretations. Inferred insights include their basis and should be verified during the agent’s conversation.

What the score does not mean

The Buyer Readiness Score does not predict an actual purchase, approve financing, assess creditworthiness, determine mortgage eligibility, or provide legal or investment advice.

Safety and auditability

Inputs are schema-validated and treated as untrusted data. Outputs are constrained and validated before storage. Provider, model version, and prompt version are retained for auditability.

Human judgment

Agents remain responsible for fair, lawful, professional decisions. AI output must not be used to discriminate or deny access to housing-related services.
