What most of these tools don't include

Every tool above focuses on one job: turning a photo into a staged image. That's valuable, but it stops at the photo. None of them help with what happens after a buyer sees that photo and reaches out. Buyer Intelligence — qualification, a readiness score, and a prepared call brief — is built into the same workspace as staging, not a separate product you'd need to buy and connect yourself.

A note on compliance

Virtual staging disclosure requirements have gotten stricter, not looser. California's AB 723, effective January 1, 2026, makes undisclosed digitally altered real estate photos a misdemeanor and requires agents to keep the original, unaltered image available. Whichever tool you choose, build disclosure into your workflow from the first staged photo, not after a compliance question comes up.
