Service scope

PropertyMediaIQ provides AI-assisted property media and optional lead intelligence. It is not an MLS, CRM, mortgage lender, credit bureau, law firm, valuation provider, or guarantee of a transaction.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for account security, lawful collection of buyer information, appropriate notices and consents, and the accuracy of branding you publish. You must not use the service for discrimination, unlawful profiling, spam, or sensitive eligibility decisions.

Subscriptions

Plans renew according to the selected billing period until cancelled. Changes, failures, refunds, and cancellation are handled according to the checkout disclosure and applicable law.

Agent Launch fair use

Agent Launch is for one real-estate agent creating media for listings they personally represent. It excludes resale, client production, automated or API use, shared credentials, and use above the included 150 monthly results. We may apply reasonable rate limits or require migration to Pro, Team, or Brokerage. Additional usage requires PAYG credits or a plan upgrade.

AI output

Generated media and insights require professional review. Users must disclose virtual staging where required and must not publish outputs that misrepresent permanent property features. Insights are not financial approval, legal advice, valuation, or purchase prediction.

Availability

The service is provided subject to reasonable maintenance, fair-use controls, third-party availability, and applicable limitations stated during purchase.
