Service scope

RealEstateBuyerIQ is buyer-qualification and conversation-preparation software. It is not a CRM, mortgage lender, credit bureau, law firm, property marketplace, or guarantee that a buyer will complete a purchase.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for account security, lawful collection of buyer information, appropriate notices and consents, and the accuracy of branding you publish. You must not use the service for discrimination, unlawful profiling, spam, or sensitive eligibility decisions.

Subscriptions

Plans renew according to the selected billing period until cancelled. Changes, failures, refunds, and cancellation are handled according to the checkout disclosure and applicable law.

AI output

Generated insights are decision-support information and require professional judgment. They are not financial approval, legal advice, valuation, or a prediction of purchase certainty.

Availability

The service is provided subject to reasonable maintenance, fair-use controls, third-party availability, and applicable limitations stated during purchase.
