White-Label Virtual Staging: What It Means and How Pricing Works

"White-label" gets used loosely in real estate media marketing. Here's what it actually means in practice, and how to evaluate a program that offers it.

What white-label means here

White-label virtual staging means the underlying AI provider never appears to your end client — no watermark, no attribution, no mention in the delivery. You (a photographer, agency, or platform) deliver the result under your own brand, at your own price, to a client who has no reason to know PropertyMediaIQ or any other underlying provider was involved.

Who uses it

Pricing models compared

Per photo. Simple and predictable, but doesn't reward volume — the price per photo generally stays flat regardless of how much you use.

Credit-based. A fixed pool of credits purchased for a term, where different services cost different amounts of credit (a simple staging photo costs less than a human-reviewed one). This rewards volume with a lower effective per-photo cost and lets one pool cover a mix of services.

API / usage-based. Common for platforms integrating staging directly into their own product, typically custom-priced against expected volume.

How 6-month credit billing works here

A Partner Program credit plan is billed once for a fixed six-month term rather than monthly. Credits are shared across the whole term — a slow month and a busy month average out, rather than resetting and being lost every 30 days. Up to 20% of unused credits roll over once at renewal, and additional credits can be topped up at the plan's per-credit rate if you run out before the term ends.

What to look for in a white-label provider

Frequently asked questions

Is white-label the same as reselling? They're closely related — white-label is the delivery mechanism (unbranded), reselling is the business model (you set your own price to your own clients). A Partner Program provides both together.

Can I add my own logo to exports? Yes, most white-label programs — including PropertyMediaIQ's Partner Program — support adding your logo to exports and client folders.

What happens if I don't use all my credits in the term? A portion (commonly up to 20%) rolls over once; the rest expires with the term, which is why sizing the plan to your real volume matters more than headline price.
